Tomato & Cream Cheese Pizza
Late summer on a pizza.

You have to celebrate fresh tomatoes at the end of summer. It’s a rule. So that’s what I did with this pizza–let the tomatoes shine.
I grilled the pizza dough and then let it cool for a bit. Once it was cool enough, I spread on a whipped cream cheese and chives mixture. Then it was the star of the show, fresh heirloom tomatoes from Horrocks. Finished things off with a sprinkle of flaky salt.
Damn, this was good. Like, really good. A perfect late summer pizza. Will definitely be making this one again.
