Poutine Pizza
Ohhhhhh Canada.
I did it. I finally did it. French fries on a pizza.
Poutine Pizza has been on my list of things to try for a long time. The idea is pretty simple. Poutine is basically three things: French fries, cheese curds, and brown gravy. Guess what we put on the pizza?
Brown gravy was the “pizza sauce,” which was then topped with mozzarella, cheese curds, and french fries. After baking, additional gravy was drizzled on top.
I feel like I say this a lot, but how could this not be good? It’s freakin’ french fries on pizza! Poutine is great comfort food and it translates well to pizza.
