Pineapple & Blue Cheese Pizza
One of my all-time favorites.
Oh man, this was a good one. Pineapple and bleu cheese are amazing together. The addition of hot peppers took it the extra mile.
I am a fairly recent convert to bleu cheese. I couldn’t stand it for a long time, but I really like it now. I first had bleu cheese on pizza from Buddy’s and wanted to try using it myself.
Tomato sauce for the base and mozzarella round out the other toppings. There’s not much else to say about it. Sweet, salty, and spicy. How can you go wrong with that?
