Pear & Goat Cheese Pizza
Goat is the GOAT.
As I’ve said before, goat cheese is undefeated.
This week, I wanted to make a pizza that featured goat cheese. I did some searchin’ and came across a recipe for pear and goat cheese pizza with onion jam. Sold.
As expected, it was delicious. Don’t be a fruit-on-pizza hater. The sweetness of the pears paired well with the tangy goat cheese and savory jam. Also, my crust came out pretty perfect this time.
