Nacho Pizza

Hell yes.

I don’t need an elaborate explanation for this one. It’s nachos…but pizza.

I started with a base layer of refried beans, ground beef, and salsa. After it finished baking, I drizzled on some nacho cheese and layered on tostada shells for full crunchy coverage. Then I finished it off with more nacho cheese and queso blanco.

Damn this was good. Every bite was like a perfect bite of nachos. Crunchy chips, cheese, beans, meat, and salsa. I mean, come on. It’s nacho pizza.
