Jalapeno Popper Pizza

I’ve had this one on my idea list for a while and it was finally time to do it.

I started by smearing some cream cheese on the dough. If that wasn’t enough cheese, I followed it with some mozz and yellow cheddar cheese. Lastly, some bacon and diced picked jalapeños.

Man, this was good. Really nice creaminess from the cream cheese (wow no way) and crunch from the bacon. The pickled jalapeño cut through the richness of all the cheese but wasn’t as spicy as I would have liked. I think some fresh jalapeño rings would have been perfect.

I rarely repeat the same pizza, but this is one I would absolutely make again.
