Breakfast Pizza

Pizza Friday” was “Pizza Saturday Morning” this week. I love breakfast food, and a breakfast pizza was long overdue.

I made the dough the night before, so it was very nice and poofy. All the stars of breakfast were present in this one. I used a sausage-less sausage gravy for the sauce, then sprinkled on cheddar cheese and mozzarella. I didn’t want to overcook the sausage, bacon, and scrambled eggs, so I added them after baking.

Unsurprisingly, this was great, and very decadent. It was essentially like having biscuits and sausage gravy with a side of bacon and eggs. And cheese. A little hot sauce made this the perfect breakfast.
